MindPilot gives you the tools for a calmer mind and healthier body. Our content has been developed by two highly experienced and respected mindfulness practitioners:
Tessa Watt is a mindfulness teacher and consultant, running workshops in organisations as well as the 8-week MBSR course. She is author of the books Introducing Mindfulness: A Practical Guide (Icon, 2012) and Mindful London (Virgin, 2014). Tessa has been practising meditation for over 20 years, and is an experienced instructor at the London Shambhala Meditation Centre.
Vishvapani Blomfield has taught over 70 mindfulness courses across 23 years. He is also a writer and broadcaster, best known for his contributions to BBC Radio 4’s Thought for the Day. He studied MBSR/MBCT with the University of Bangor’s Centre for Mindfulness, and trained with Breathworks and the Prison Mindfulness Network.
Our app currently has two parts. An 8 level mindfulness course based on the highly regarded and well researched 8 week MBSR (mindfulness Based Stress Reduction) course and targeted exercises and guides to help with sleep, pain management and overall performance and motivation.
Additional content is being developed all the time and MindPilot members will receive those automatically on a regular basis.
